First we will train you up on how Bookkeeping Express (BKE) and our application BKE Insight make a big difference in our clients lives and how we deliver thousands of clients books. Then we will train you on how BKE delivers bookkeeping services to our clients and how we learn new applications that our clients use. Finally, you will learn how to set up new clients on BKE Insight and prepare them for bookkeeping services to begin efficiently and accurately.
Details about the Role:
BKE is on a growth path and we are we’re looking to add additional Onboarding Representatives with high integrity and a commitment to raising the standard of excellence both for themselves, our clients and BKE. As we are in high growth mode, this role will be primarily responsible for setting up clients in our systems and working with them through the onboarding process.
This role requires a learning and analytical attitude as well as basic technical skills to navigate applications. It also requires an educational and patient customer service touch.
You will also provide recommendations around how we can continue to improve the onboarding process for our clients and our Operation team.
This role will be reporting to the Client Success Manager, while working closely with the delivery team and solution team.
Attend Kick Off Calls with the Client Success Manager
Add client information to BKE Insight
Create workflow jobs for onboarding and delivery
Track, manage and coordinate with clients through the onboarding process
Work directly with clients and Client Success Manager to coordinate hand off of applications and credentials needed for bookkeeping services
Update and maintain workflow details as client details change
1+ year related experience and knowledge
Business degree preferable
Strong communication skills
People skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Technical attitude to learn and figure it out
Analytical problem solving skills to resolve issues
